The Ms. Marion Popcorn Festival Pageant will be held at River Valley High School on July 24th, 2021.
The competition is open to women, married or unmarried, ages 25 and older.
There is no swimwear or performing talent requirement.
The Queen and court will reign during the Popcorn Festival.
