NOW AVAILABLE AT MCDONALDS
Big Savings with Presale or Wristbands
Huntington Bank joins McDonalds and
Marion Community Credit Union in
offering deeply discounted tickets for
the Marion Popcorn Festival amusement
rides through Tuesday, September 8th.
Sheets of 20 tickets will once again be
available for a price of $15.00. That’s
a savings of $3.00 per sheet. During
the Festival sheets of 20 tickets will
be $18 and sheets of 40 tickets will be
$34. Only full sheets of 20 tickets
will be sold during the pre-Festival
sale. This is a significant savings
over ticket prices purchased at the
Festival, and Marion Popcorn Festival
organizers are encouraging area families
to purchase their ride tickets early for
the best bargains.
Burton Brothers will be handling the
ride attractions at the 29th
Marion Popcorn Festival, and all rides
and attractions open Thursday at 1:00
and noon Friday and Saturday. Various
attractions require a different number
of tickets.
Huntington Bank has two locations where
tickets are available, 150 South State
Street and 1200 Mt. Vernon Avenue;
McDonalds of Marion has three locations,
Marion-Mt. Gilead Road in the Wal-Mart
plaza, at Southland Mall, and 483 North
Main Street; and Marion Community Credit
Union’s two locations are 300 Barks Road
East and 810 Kenton Avenue.
The Festival will also be having two
wristband days, with the wristbands good
all day long on Thursday and Friday,
September 10 and 11. Rides will open
Thursday at 1:00 p.m. and Friday at
noon. Wristbands must be purchased at
the Festival for $18 and are good only
for the day they are purchased. All
rides will be tickets only on Saturday.
